Ignatian Spirituality in the life of the Helpers

  • Since the Novitiate, the Helpers are trained in the way of the discernment of spirits according to the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola, which aims to help them to make decisions in the missions they received, and in their daily life, according to the will of God, for a more effective and universal service.

  • The experience of the 30 days Retreat in the Noviciate and in the Third Year, strongly feature and found our religious life.

  • Ignation Spirituality Inspires us :
    *To be contemplative in action
    * To be at the service of Hope
    * To find God in all things
    * To find God’s will through the discernment of the spirits and of the signs of times.
*To break down the boundaries to love all those who suffer.
    * To “ help in all manner of good”.
The richness of this spirituality makes us women of God for the world, in the Church.
